Every review on this site is meant to follow the same four steps, so products can be compared fairly.

1. Read the label and the claims

We start with the ingredient list, doses, serving size and every promise made on the official page.

2. Check ingredients against research

We look at what published studies show for each ingredient, at what dose and in which people. Lab or animal studies are not treated as proof for humans.

3. Verify price, packages and refund terms

Taken from the official page and dated, because offers change.

4. State the downsides and who should skip it

Side effects, medication interactions and groups who should talk to a clinician first.

Our standards

We do not claim to have personally tested every product. When a review relies on a manufacturer’s own claims, we label them as the manufacturer’s. We do not publish invented customer results, and we do not state that a supplement cures or reverses a disease. Affiliate commissions do not determine what we write.

Corrections and removals

Where a product is no longer available, or a review is out of date, we update it or say so. Reviews published before this policy are being re-checked against it.
